What is Rip Your DVD's?

purchased in the last 2 to 4 years. Rip Your DVD's
is not compatible with Macintosh

How many CD-R's are needed to copy a DVD and how
long will it take?
Depending on the length of the DVD, you will need between
1 and 3 CD-R discs. The longer the DVD, the more CD-R's required.
The time it takes to make a copy depends on the length of
the DVD and your computers speed. A good estimation would
be between 1 and 5 hours. Five hours would be rare but most
of the process is automated so you can walk away while it
works or do it at night while you're sleeping.
How good is the quality of the a copied DVD?
If you copy DVD to DVD the quality will be the same. Copying
DVD to CD will result in slightly lower quality but it should
still be better quality than a typical VHS Movie.
Can I copy Rented DVD's with Rip Your DVD's?
Yes, but that would be illegal and could result in legal
penalties due to Copyright Infringement. RipYourDVDs.com is
not responsible for anyone that uses the information provided

Can I watch a DVD I copied to CD on my DVD Player?
Yes, most DVD players will play copied CDs without any problem.
